In 2001, the owner of Galerie A and his family visited Localita Capella Fasani, Francesco Conz’ private museum in Erbezzo, high up in the mountains. While saying farewell, our car was decorated with two typewriter objects by the ‘visual poet’ Jean-François Bory. According to Conz, the pictures would then turn out so much better. I did my very best to make a successful photo shoot, but Conz became rather anxious while I was doing it. He had trouble dealing with the light-hearted way in which his works of art were handled and wasn’t interested whatsoever in the possible dent in our car.
(Nobody remembers who took the photographs.)
